OBJECTION:    If a loving and all-powerful God really exists, why doesn't He do something about all the evil in the world?

Truth to Say:  If God wanted to get rid of evil, He would have to get rid of all the people in the world.  God  gave His creation, all of us human beings a free will.  Why?  Because Love is not truly love unless it is freely given.   All of us have, at some point, have chosen to do evil or sin.  Many choose to do their own rebellious thing and live their own sinful lives and rebel against God. So that creates all the evil in the world.  When people make choices without Jesus Christ being the Lord over their life, many times their choices are sinful and evil.  God, in His compassion, has given us the opportunity to repent, come to believe in Jesus Christ and pray to receive Him as their Lord and Savior so that they can receive eternal life in heaven  and glorify Him while they live on earth.
