I Want to Witness, But What Do I Say to:  Jewish People

Deception:

Truth to Say to Jewish People:

Since I am Jewish from birth, my relationship with God was already given to me as an unmerited gift at Mount Sinai.  So you are offering something to me that I already have.

You may have the Word of God, but you do not have the spirit of God.  Do you believe that God is just?  Then how do all the people that were not born Jewish have a relationship with God?  Do you think that God only loves the Jews?  You Jews may be the first people that God chose and loved, but you are not the last. I’m not a Jew and yet, I know that I have a relationship with God because when I received Yeshua as my Savior, the Holy Spirit came to dwell in my heart connecting me with God – spirit to Spirit.  My spirit bears witness with His Spirit that I am a child of God.

Jesus Christ came to abolish the Law and its teachings

No, Yeshua came as the Messiah to fulfill the Law and its teachings. It is like this:  The unopened bud of the flower is the Old Testament. The blooming flower coming to fruition is like Jesus in the New Testament. Look, as a Messianic Jew you can still celebrate the Jewish festivals.  In fact, they all foreshadow Yeshua.  For e.g., you celebrate the Pesach during Passover with a lamb bone.   Well, in John 1:29, Yohanan saw Yeshua and said, “Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world.”   Yeshua is the Passover lamb that was sacrificed for us.

I don’t believe in the Trinity

The Father God, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit are all One God manifested in three different forms.  For example: water, ice and steam are also manifested in three different forms, but they are all water. Acts 10:38 demonstrates the trinity:  “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power:  who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him.”

I don’t believe in the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.

God gave the Jews the Law for them to obey and yet no one could keep the Law.  So the priests offered animal blood sacrifices, like lambs, to cover their sins so that they would be right with God.     to do two things:  First, to show what the Father is like through performing many healing miracles, signs & wonders.  Secondly, He obeyed God in paying the price for our sins through willingly shedding His holy blood and dying on the cross.  He became the sacrificial “Lamb of God” for the sins of the world.  When Jesus comes the second time, He will take all the Christians and the Messianic Jews that believe in Him to heaven for all eternity.

If I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior, then I am no longer a Jew.

Yeshua or Jesus Christ was a Jew and so were His twelve disciples. You can be Jewish and believe in Yeshua as the Messiah.  You would not convert to being a Christian per say, but you would become “complete” through receiving Yeshua as Messiah and still be a practicing Jew.  Then you will surely be right with God and will receive eternal life in heaven.

If I accept Jesus as my Savior, then I will be excommunicated from close friends and family.

You do not know that for sure.  God can help them understand.  When we receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, then God will adopt us.  Romans 8:15 says, “You have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you have received the spirit of adoption, whereby we cry Abba Father.”  Psalm 27:10 says, “When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.”

Jesus Christ was not the Messiah. He has not come yet.

You expected a Kingly triumphant Messiah descending from heaven to rule and bring peace to the earth, But Jesus said that the Kingdom of God is within you.  World peace cannot come unless people first find peace with God through the Messiah, who is Yeshua (Jesus Christ).

There are at least 333 prophecies about Jesus Christ in the Old Testament.  The chances of just eight prophecies being predicted and fulfilled is one in 10 to the 17th power.  The chances of more than 333 prophecies being fulfilled is mind boggling.  Here are just fifteen of the Old Testament Messianic prophecies about Yeshua and scriptures showing the New Testament fulfillment, thus proving that Yeshua is the Messiah.    Would you like to Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Have Eternal Life in Heaven?  Then Pray this Salvation Prayer:  “Heavenly Father, I believe You love me and that Your Son Jesus Christ died for me on the cross for my sins and rose from the dead.  Jesus, I repent for all of my sins. I repent for all the wrong things I have done.  I repent for believing those lies and now I believe the truth.  Now I ask You, Jesus,  to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.
